Shipping policy

Orders and Shipping:

After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

In case of non-receipt of the order confirmation, we advise you to verify that you have entered your data correctly or to check your Spam/Junk Mail folder.

Order Processing Time: 3-5 days

All shipments are made by courier with traceable shipping.

Deliveries take place in 2-5 days, excluding Saturdays and holidays.

We are not responsible for and cannot predict delays due to the courier or the individual courier locations handling your delivery.

Obviously we will do our best to intervene and urge the courier to deliver.

Unfortunately there may be delays in delivery due to incomplete/wrong address or absent recipient. In this case we will try to intervene as soon as possible, if you provide us with the exact data, so as to schedule a new delivery as soon as possible. We are not responsible in the event of delays in the redelivery of an order that has gone into storage or if the courier fails to book a redelivery following our notification.

- for orders under €100: transport costs €8.00 and for Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia €10.00

Acceptance and verification of parcels:

Upon delivery, check the status of the packages received, specifically:

- the number of packages must correspond to that indicated on the delivery note

- the packaging must appear intact, it must not be broken

- when handling the package, it must not be evident that there is broken goods inside (in shipments with ceramic items, one immediately notices that the contents are broken by the noise of the shards)

If there is one of the problems listed, it is mandatory to immediately contest the problem with the courier upon delivery, accepting with reserve and describing the damage. We also recommend taking a picture of the neck before opening it. In the case of obviously broken goods, you can also refuse the delivery.
