Refund policy

Right of withdrawal and refund:

You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, by sending us a declaration where you express your intention to return the product and wish to withdraw from the contract with the seller.

In the declaration you must communicate:

- your data exactly as entered in the order (mandatory)

- your phone number (mandatory)

- the number and date of the order (mandatory)

- the reason for the return (optional, but it helps us to understand the problem and provide a better service)

Once the withdrawal from the contract has been exercised, the products to be returned must be delivered within 14 days from the date on which you received the package.

All returned products must be perfectly intact.

Products that will be received in unsuitable conditions will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs at his expense.

We are not responsible for any delays or lost returns being sent back to us. If there are problems with the shipment of your return, you will need to contact the service you contacted for the shipment.

We are not responsible if the return is sent to an incorrect address or not provided by us.

The return shipping costs are charged to the customer.

Once the conformity of the returned product has been verified, the refund will be made within 14 days using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the User.
